Board Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Mike Glavin, John Dwyer, Jan Gill, Jeff Pingeton, Rick Maypother, Joe Curtin
Members Absent: Blake Dawson, Dave Despres, Jim Santiago, Vin Ruziak, Bill Brassard, John Watkins, Matt Ellsworth, Bob Berry, Randy Olds
Meeting called to order at 7:15 pm.
President’s Report
 | Sue Berry has volunteered to run the snack shack. |
| Mike received a letter from Jackson Foster re: trouble with a trophy. He said he would handle it. |
Treasurer’s Report
| John Dwyer is wrapping up the season’s finances. |
| Fall Ball fees went down from $65 to $45, and the Holden league fees went up. We also have fewer kids per team, and more teams. So we will lose a few hundred dollars on the Fall League. |
| Geneva paving sponsorship came in. |
Registration Night Numbers
| 83 kids are registered at this point. |
| Last year there were about 115 by this time. |
September 30 Evaluation Summary
| The 12 yr olds who have not attended an evaluation will receive a courtesy call regarding the October 14th tryouts. |
At this point the meeting was suspended due to the fire alarm going off in the First Church. Everyone had to vacate the building.
