Meeting called to order at 7:05pm.

	District wide little league events & clinics Coaches clinic – March 6^th First aid - March 8^th Little League social – March 29^th
	Princeton League President (Kevin) attended the meeting Princeton plans to have 3 major league teams They’ve added new dugouts Continue to look at improving drainage problems at the field
	Joe to complete and submit the inter-league form for a total of 8 teams.
	Req. department request forms submitted.
	2008 rule handbook distributed to board members.

	Major league draft has been completed. Teams will be notified once the registration has been completed.
	Recommend a $10 late fee payment for signups after the March 15^th.
	Opening Day is May 3^rd.

	A few registration forms received.
	Some minor reimbursements payments completed.
	League remains in sound financial shape.
